We ship orders from our Braunton Warehouse and, when required, from our other store locations.
Royal Mail from Braunton Warehouse:
• Tracked 48 – £3.99 (2–3 working days)
• Tracked 24 – £4.99 (1–2 working days)
FedEx Priority Next Day – £5.99: same-day dispatch on orders placed before 1pm. Available for items shipped from our Braunton Warehouse only.
Standard FedEx from other store locations – £4.99: 2–4 working days from order to delivery.
Free Standard Delivery: FREE on orders over £75 (excludes large items). Delivered by Royal Mail or FedEx.
Large Item Rate: £24.99 flat rate via FedEx (2–4 working days). Applies to surfboards, skis and Snowboards.

Returns & Refunds
We hope that you’re happy with your purchase, but if you do wish to return an item from an online order, please use our online returns portal to return items within 45 days of receipt (including sale). Our returns portal allows you to either return the item to your nearest Tiki store, or arrange a Royal Mail Post Office drop-off.
Scan the QR code on your packing slip to access the returns portal, or visit it directly HERE.
Make sure you have your order number to hand and follow the steps to complete your return. Please return items as sold, using the original packaging where possible.
We use Royal Mail for our returns. This is a print-free system: after completing the steps in the portal you’ll receive a QR code by email, which the Post Office can scan to print your label. If you do not receive this email, please let us know as soon as possible.
We have a flat-rate return fee of £4 for items returned using this service. This cost will be deducted from the final refunded amount.
We offer free returns if there is a fault with the product, or we have made a shipping mistake. Free returns must be checked and authorised by our team — please use the returns portal and provide as much information as possible, including images, to help us process quickly.
We also offer free returns on any Tiki Surf Brand Wetsuits. For a free returns label for Tiki wetsuit returns, or for any other help, please contact us via our Contact page.

To say we love this surfboard is an understatement!
Whether new to surfing or just looking to enjoy a cruisy session, the Chancho is a super user-friendly, stable board that catches waves with ease. The Chancho boasts generous volume for its mid length size, and features low nose rocker for early wave entry. Its subtle vee-bottom contours that run through the fins help it turn effortlessly.
An offspring of the popular Water Hog model, the Chancho is available in X-Lite construction.
X-Lite is Torqs Epoxy technology developed specifically for performance boards. This is lighter, stronger and more Eco than a traditional PU/Polyester board, now with a 50% thinner Shield Skin for weight reduction. This innovative technology is used exclusively on the X-Lite Channel Islands models; the best selling Pod Mod and all new Chancho
X-Lite technology now features an additional wood layer sandwich between the two deck biaxial layers. This wood composite is incredibly ding resistant but without adding stiffness usually associated with strength. Win win.
