Our Stores

Yes! Both stores are equipped with changing rooms to provide you with a convenient and comfortable space for trying on.

Sorry – no dogs allowed except guide and assistance dogs.

We regret to inform you that customer toilets are not available except in case of emergencies.

We have a disabled access toilet in our Braunton store however there are public toilets close to both stores which we'd be happy to direct you to.

Ordering and payments

Yes, however £50 notes are not accepted.

This option is not preferred.

Yes, at checkout write in the order notes that you would like to collect and from which store and this can be arranged for you.

Please also contact customer service at to organise a time and date of collection.

We will refund delivery costs. This is only available for certain products due to our stock being stored in warehouses.

We currently accept the following payment methods: ShopPay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Klarna, PayPal or via a credit or debit card.

Due to the nature of our system, it is not possible to cancel/amend an order once an order confirmation email has been sent.

To ensure security, we verify your billing address with the address registered to your payment methods. Please make sure these addresses match. You can provide a separate delivery address for us to ship to.

For larger orders or high value items, additional information may be needed to confirm the shipping address.

If necessary, our customer service team will contact you and provide additional information.

Returns and Refunds

We're sorry to hear you have received a faulty item, we will aim to resolve this as promptly as possible.

Our customer service team will be happy to assist you, please contact them on: and include your order number plus attach 2 images of the fault and a short description of the fault.

If necessary, we will then provide a free returns label for your goods to be returned and assessed. Goods will be inspected, and items found to not be faulty, or to be the result of wear and tear may not be refunded in full.

We may contact the manufacturers regarding a faulty item and follow their advice in order to resolve a claim.

We hope that you are happy with your purchase, however if you choose to return an item from an online order please return within 30 days of receipt for all items including sale.

All items must be returned as sold, with your original proof of purchase. We are unable to exchange at this time, if an exchange is required, please return you item and place a new order.

Please post any items that you wish to return back to us, in their original packaging and containing the invoice slip.

Please note that the delivery cost will not be refunded on returned items, and we are not responsible for the cost of the postage to return your goods.

We recommend that you use a tracked service and the returned items are the customers' responsibility until they are received back into our warehouse.

Please keep hold of your postage receipt until the refund has been issued.

Yes, please bring original order confirmation with the unused item/s being returned. Refunds will returned to the original method of payments.

Yes, please contact our customer service stating the item/s that you wish to return, including a photo of your receipt.

They will provide you with a unique purchase order number which is essential to track your return. Please post your item/s back to us including a note containing your unique purchase order, name and your email address. Allow up to 2 weeks from returning your item/s for the refund to show in your bank account.

Providing an email was provided you will receive an update on your return, if you have any concerns regarding the status of your refund please contact customer service with your unique purchase order number.

If your purchase was paid for via cash, we can only refund via store credit.

At the moment we do not offer exchanges due to the software we use. However, if you would like to reorder the size/items you require and email we will refund the postage charge.

Once your return is received at our warehouse, please allow up to 3 working days for it to be inspected and the refund issued. You will receive an email confirming the amount to be refunded.

Please allow 5-10 working days for the refund to show in your account. Once processed, the time it takes for a refund to show back into your account is down to your bank/payment provider and not Tiki.

Royal Mail offer a collection service from your address; follow these online instructions to get your return back to us within 30 days.

If you no longer have the paper invoice originally included with your order do not worry. Include a note with your return which states your name, the email used to place your order and your order number. This way your return can still be identified and the correct refund will be processed.

If your purchase was paid for via cash, we can only refund via store credit.

Shipping Policy

Shipping is available only to the UK. This excludes the Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, Scottish Highlands, and Northern Ireland.

Due to the nature of our system, it is not possible to edit or amend an order once your order confirmation email has been sent.

If your parcel has been dispatched you'll need to contact DPD directly regarding an address change.

For assistance with this, please contact our customer service team at: and they'll be happy to assist.

Following the completion of your order, you will be sent an email confirming its success.

When your item/s are in transit from our warehouse, you will be notified via a dispatch email that includes a tracking number.

You can track the status of your parcel by copying the tracking number and using DPD tracking.

Please note, it can take up to 24 hours for the tracking to activate.

Expect your order to arrive in 2-4 working days. Please note that this duration does not include weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or public holidays.

Gift Cards

The online gift cards will be delivered via email and include a code. Please enter the code during the online checkout process to deduct the gift card amount from your order total. If you prefer a physical gift card, please contact our customer service team.

The best surfboard for you depends on your skill level, body weight and the type of waves you'll be surfing.

Head down to one of our stores or click the chat feature on the website and one of our experienced team will be happy to advise you.

Fins are included with the TET Torq models, Kore models, and all softboards. For other models, fins are not provided as part of the package.

Click and Collect

Yes, we are pleased to now offer a free Click and Collect Service from our Braunton Store.

Click and Collect is totally free!

It can take up to 24hours for an order to be ready for collection.

You will recieve an email confirmation when you place your order and then another when it is ready to be picked up. Once you have collected in store you will receive a final email confirming the collection is complete.

You only need to bring in the email confirmation of the order and one form of ID, a driving license or bank card is fine.

Once you have received an email confirming your order is ready head down to our Braunton branch at:

We are only able to offer this service at our Braunton store currently, we are working on expanding this in the future.

We'll keep your order instore for 30 days. If it's not collected after 30 days we will issue a refund on your order.

Local Delivery

We are please to now offer local delivery on surfboards.

Local delivery is offered to customers with delivery address within 15km of Tiki Braunton Store, Caen Street, Braunton, EX33 1AA, United Kingdom

There is a minimum order spend of £100 (only valid on surfboards) and a delivery cost of £10 (normally £24.99 for surfboards).

Local delivery will be carried out by our staff and not a courier company.

Local delivery will take between 3-5 working days.
