We ship orders from our Braunton Warehouse and, when required, from our other store locations.
Royal Mail from Braunton Warehouse:

FedEx Priority Next Day – £5.99: same-day dispatch on orders placed before 1pm. Available for items shipped from our Braunton Warehouse only.
Standard FedEx from other store locations – £4.99: 2–4 working days from order to delivery.
Free Standard Delivery: FREE on orders over £75 (excludes large items). Delivered by Royal Mail or FedEx.
Large Item Rate: £24.99 flat rate via FedEx (2–4 working days). Applies to surfboards, skis and Snowboards.

Returns & Refunds
We hope that you’re happy with your purchase, but if you do wish to return an item from an online order, please use our online returns portal to return items within 45 days of receipt (including sale). Our returns portal allows you to either return the item to your nearest Tiki store, or arrange a Royal Mail Post Office drop-off.
Scan the QR code on your packing slip to access the returns portal, or visit it directly HERE.
Make sure you have your order number to hand and follow the steps to complete your return. Please return items as sold, using the original packaging where possible.
We use Royal Mail for our returns. This is a print-free system: after completing the steps in the portal you’ll receive a QR code by email, which the Post Office can scan to print your label. If you do not receive this email, please let us know as soon as possible.
We have a flat-rate return fee of £4 for items returned using this service. This cost will be deducted from the final refunded amount.
We offer free returns if there is a fault with the product, or we have made a shipping mistake. Free returns must be checked and authorised by our team — please use the returns portal and provide as much information as possible, including images, to help us process quickly.

The Torq Longboard range delivers everything from smooth cruising to classic noseriding. Built in Torq’s super tough TET Epoxy construction, these boards are light, durable, and versatile enough to suit surfers at every stage of their longboarding journey — from first-timers to experienced riders looking for glide and flow without the price tag of a custom.
Torq Longboards cover both progressive mid-length crossovers and traditional longboard designs:
8’0 / 8’6 / 9’0: Medium entry rocker and fuller outline for easy glide and nose-riding. Pulled-in tail adds release and looseness. The 8’0 comes as a thruster for a funboard feel, while the 8’6 and 9’0 feature a classic 2+1 longboard setup. In the Wood finish, all sizes are 2+1.
These boards are designed to excel in small to medium surf (2–6ft), perfect for cruisy summer conditions, mellow point breaks, and beach waves. From trimming down the line to walking the nose, they’ll keep beginners confident and experienced longboarders smiling.
Rocker: Medium entry for glide and nose-riding; low rocker on noserider models for extra trim and stability.
Rails & Bottom: Forgiving up front, sharper through the tail on performance models; softer, rolled contours on the 9’6 for classic style.
Fins: Futures fin boxes — thruster on the 8’0, 2+1 setup on the larger sizes (fins included).
