FedEx Priority Next Day – £5.99: same-day dispatch on orders placed before 1pm. Available for items shipped from our Braunton Warehouse only.
Standard FedEx from other store locations – £4.99: 2–4 working days from order to delivery.
Free Standard Delivery: FREE on orders over £75 (excludes large items). Delivered by Royal Mail or FedEx.
Large Item Rate: £24.99 flat rate via FedEx (2–4 working days). Applies to surfboards, skis and Snowboards.

Returns & Refunds
We hope that you’re happy with your purchase, but if you do wish to return an item from an online order, please use our online returns portal to return items within 45 days of receipt (including sale). Our returns portal allows you to either return the item to your nearest Tiki store, or arrange a Royal Mail Post Office drop-off.
Scan the QR code on your packing slip to access the returns portal, or visit it directly HERE.
Make sure you have your order number to hand and follow the steps to complete your return. Please return items as sold, using the original packaging where possible.
We use Royal Mail for our returns. This is a print-free system: after completing the steps in the portal you’ll receive a QR code by email, which the Post Office can scan to print your label. If you do not receive this email, please let us know as soon as possible.
We have a flat-rate return fee of £4 for items returned using this service. This cost will be deducted from the final refunded amount.
We offer free returns if there is a fault with the product, or we have made a shipping mistake. Free returns must be checked and authorised by our team — please use the returns portal and provide as much information as possible, including images, to help us process quickly.

The Torq Delpero Classic is a collaboration between longboard world champion Edouard Delpero and experienced shaper Alain Minvielle, blending timeless longboard design with modern materials and construction.
Inspired by traditional 1960s longboards, the Delpero Classic focuses on smooth glide, elegant trim and technical nose riding. The soft, flowing outline and rail profile give the board a classic feel underfoot, while refined rocker and bottom contours bring just enough responsiveness to keep it lively through turns.
Built in Torq’s durable TET epoxy construction, this is a longboard designed to deliver authentic traditional style with the strength and reliability needed for everyday surfing.
The Delpero Classic takes direct inspiration from traditional longboard templates:
Soft, flowing outline inspired by classic 60’s longboards
Fuller nose designed for stable nose riding
Straight mid-section for smooth trimming and glide
Refined tail for turning control and manoeuvrability
The board carries volume forward for stability while tapering through the tail, creating a smooth transition between glide and turning.
The Delpero Classic thrives in knee-high waves through to overhead surf, offering excellent glide in smaller conditions while maintaining control when the waves become more powerful.
It performs beautifully in point breaks, reef setups and mellow beach breaks where long, flowing lines and classic style surfing shine.
Rocker: Balanced rocker profile designed to maintain nose rides in the pocket while still gliding easily through slower sections.
Volume Distribution: Fuller nose transitioning to a thinner tail gives excellent stability up front while maintaining turning ability.
Rails: Classic rail profile inspired by traditional longboards, allowing smooth trimming and flowing turns.
Torq’s TET (Torq Epoxy Technology) construction delivers a perfect balance of durability, strength and performance.
