Generally, deliveries are made within 2-5 working days of dispatch at £4.99 for orders under £75.

We do offer FREE STANDARD DELIVERY for orders over £75.00 though! (Unless it's a surfboard or E-bike)

Looking to return something? We hope that you’re happy with your purchase, but if you do choose to return an item from an online order please return within 30 days of receipt for all items (including sale). Please return items as sold, with your original proof of purchase. We’re not able to exchange just yet…. But if an exchange is required, return your item and place a new order (and we’ll refund the item you send back). Returns need to be in their original packaging and containing the Tiki invoice slip.
