We ship orders from our Braunton Warehouse and, when required, from our other store locations.

Returns & Refunds
We hope that you’re happy with your purchase, but if you do wish to return an item from an online order, please use our online returns portal to return items within 45 days of receipt (including sale). Our returns portal allows you to either return the item to your nearest Tiki store, or arrange a Royal Mail Post Office drop-off.
Scan the QR code on your packing slip to access the returns portal, or visit it directly HERE.
Make sure you have your order number to hand and follow the steps to complete your return. Please return items as sold, using the original packaging where possible.
We use Royal Mail for our returns. This is a print-free system: after completing the steps in the portal you’ll receive a QR code by email, which the Post Office can scan to print your label. If you do not receive this email, please let us know as soon as possible.
We have a flat-rate return fee of £4 for items returned using this service. This cost will be deducted from the final refunded amount.
We offer free returns if there is a fault with the product, or we have made a shipping mistake. Free returns must be checked and authorised by our team — please use the returns portal and provide as much information as possible, including images, to help us process quickly.
We also offer free returns on any Tiki Surf Brand Wetsuits. For a free returns label for Tiki wetsuit returns, or for any other help, please contact us via our Contact page.
Returned items are the customer’s responsibility until they are received back into our warehouse.
We aim to process and refund returns within 7 working days of receipt.

The RYD Hank Dude Mid is a modern mid-length designed to sit perfectly between a shortboard and a longboard.
It gives you the extra paddle power, glide and stability you want from a bigger board, while still keeping enough control and flow to draw smooth lines and enjoy proper turns. Ideal for surfers looking to slow things down slightly without stepping all the way onto a full longboard.
The Hank Dude Mid features a clean mid-length outline with a rounded pin tail, shaped rails and plenty of volume through the board.
The length helps with paddling and early wave entry, while the rounded pin gives the board hold and control through longer, drawn-out turns. It is built to feel smooth and flowing rather than twitchy, making it a great choice for surfers who want to cruise, trim and link turns with confidence.
The EPS core and carbon fibre stringer keep the board light and responsive, while the slick bottom helps it carry speed across flatter sections.
This board is well suited to a wide range of everyday surf conditions.
It has enough volume to make the most of smaller, softer waves, but the rounded pin tail and 2+1 fin option also give it hold when the waves have a bit more shape and power. It is a strong option for UK surfers looking for one board that paddles well, catches plenty of waves and feels relaxed without being boring.
The Hank Dude Mid paddles easily, gets into waves early and rewards a smooth, flowing style.
It is designed for drawing longer lines, trimming across open faces and enjoying the glide that mid-lengths are known for. Step back over the fin and the rounded pin tail gives you the control needed to turn the board properly.
It comes supplied with a single fin and can also be ridden as a 2+1 setup with side bites for extra drive and hold.
