Returns & Refunds
We hope that you’re happy with your purchase, but if you do wish to return an item from an online order, please use our online returns portal to return items within 45 days of receipt (including sale). Our returns portal allows you to either return the item to your nearest Tiki store, or arrange a Royal Mail Post Office drop-off.
Scan the QR code on your packing slip to access the returns portal, or visit it directly HERE.
Make sure you have your order number to hand and follow the steps to complete your return. Please return items as sold, using the original packaging where possible.
We use Royal Mail for our returns. This is a print-free system: after completing the steps in the portal you’ll receive a QR code by email, which the Post Office can scan to print your label. If you do not receive this email, please let us know as soon as possible.
We have a flat-rate return fee of £4 for items returned using this service. This cost will be deducted from the final refunded amount.
We offer free returns if there is a fault with the product, or we have made a shipping mistake. Free returns must be checked and authorised by our team — please use the returns portal and provide as much information as possible, including images, to help us process quickly.
We also offer free returns on any Tiki Surf Brand Wetsuits. For a free returns label for Tiki wetsuit returns, or for any other help, please contact us via our Contact page.
Returned items are the customer’s responsibility until they are received back into our warehouse.

The RYD Fresh Wide Softboard takes the learner-friendly Fresh range and adds even more volume, width and stability.
Available in the most popular surf school sizes, the Fresh Wide is designed for beginners, bigger surfers, families and surf schools looking for a super stable board that makes catching waves as easy as possible.
The Fresh Wide has a fuller outline, extra width and boosted volume compared with the standard Fresh range.
This gives the board a really stable feel underfoot, helping new surfers find their balance, paddle with confidence and get to their feet more easily. The added width also makes it more forgiving when your stance or positioning is not quite perfect, which is exactly what you want when learning.
Inside, the board features a strong triple stringer EPS core, giving it the durability needed for regular use in lessons, hire fleets or family beach days.
The Fresh Wide is ideal for white water, small waves and beginner-friendly surf.
It’s particularly well suited to UK surf schools, first-time surfers and anyone who wants the easiest possible route into catching waves. If you’ve had a lesson and want a board that gives you that same stable, confidence-building feel, this is a great choice.
The extra volume helps the Fresh Wide paddle easily and catch waves early, even in weaker conditions.
Once you’re up, the wide platform gives plenty of support, making it easier to stay balanced and link longer rides. It is not designed to be high performance — it is designed to help you catch more waves, stand up more often and build confidence quickly.
EVA bumpers on the nose and tail add extra protection, while bevelled nose handles make tow-backs easier for instructors. Deck guide lines also help new surfers understand where to stand, and the built-in GoPro mount is a nice extra for capturing those first waves.
The RYD Fresh Wide Softboard is built to make learning easier, safer and more fun — with loads of stability, plenty of volume and the durability to handle regular use.
