We ship orders from our Braunton Warehouse and, when required, from our other store locations.
Royal Mail from Braunton Warehouse:
• Tracked 48 – £3.99 (2–3 working days)
• Tracked 24 – £4.99 (1–2 working days)
FedEx Priority Next Day – £5.99: same-day dispatch on orders placed before 1pm. Available for items shipped from our Braunton Warehouse only.
Standard FedEx from other store locations – £4.99: 2–4 working days from order to delivery.
Free Standard Delivery: FREE on orders over £75 (excludes large items). Delivered by Royal Mail or FedEx.
Large Item Rate: £24.99 flat rate via FedEx (2–4 working days). Applies to surfboards, skis and Snowboards.

Returns & Refunds
We hope that you’re happy with your purchase, but if you do wish to return an item from an online order, please use our online returns portal to return items within 45 days of receipt (including sale). Our returns portal allows you to either return the item to your nearest Tiki store, or arrange a Royal Mail Post Office drop-off.
Scan the QR code on your packing slip to access the returns portal, or visit it directly HERE.
Make sure you have your order number to hand and follow the steps to complete your return. Please return items as sold, using the original packaging where possible.
We use Royal Mail for our returns. This is a print-free system: after completing the steps in the portal you’ll receive a QR code by email, which the Post Office can scan to print your label. If you do not receive this email, please let us know as soon as possible.
We have a flat-rate return fee of £4 for items returned using this service. This cost will be deducted from the final refunded amount.
We offer free returns if there is a fault with the product, or we have made a shipping mistake. Free returns must be checked and authorised by our team — please use the returns portal and provide as much information as possible, including images, to help us process quickly.
We also offer free returns on any Tiki Surf Brand Wetsuits. For a free returns label for Tiki wetsuit returns, or for any other help, please contact us via our Contact page.

The RYD First Time is a fun, fast and lightweight twin fin designed with RYD ambassador and Championship Tour surfer Caio Ibelli.
Based on the first board Caio ever shaped, this model brings together classic twin fin speed with a more refined outline, giving you a board that feels playful, responsive and surprisingly capable across a wide range of conditions.
The First Time features a compact twin fin outline with a swallow tail and pronounced winger.
That winger helps pull the rail line into a narrower tail, giving the board extra bite, drive and control through turns. The swallow tail keeps things lively and responsive, while the refined rails help it feel more like a true performance board underfoot.
Underneath, a single concave runs under the front foot, blending into a double concave through the fin area. This helps the board generate speed quickly while still offering control when the waves have more push.
The EPS foam core, carbon fibre stringer and slick bottom keep the board light, fast and responsive.
The First Time is designed to be a versatile twin fin that works in more than just small, weak surf.
It will come alive in beach breaks, fun summer waves and clean, open faces, but it also has enough shape and control to handle better quality surf when the conditions line up.
It is a great option for surfers wanting to add a twin fin to their quiver without going too retro, wide or skatey.
