We ship orders from our Braunton Warehouse and, when required, from our other store locations.
Royal Mail from Braunton Warehouse:
• Tracked 48 – £3.99 (2–3 working days)
• Tracked 24 – £4.99 (1–2 working days)
FedEx Priority Next Day – £5.99: same-day dispatch on orders placed before 1pm. Available for items shipped from our Braunton Warehouse only.
Standard FedEx from other store locations – £4.99: 2–4 working days from order to delivery.
Free Standard Delivery: FREE on orders over £75 (excludes large items). Delivered by Royal Mail or FedEx.
Large Item Rate: £24.99 flat rate via FedEx (2–4 working days). Applies to surfboards, skis and Snowboards.

Returns & Refunds
We hope that you’re happy with your purchase, but if you do wish to return an item from an online order, please use our online returns portal to return items within 45 days of receipt (including sale). Our returns portal allows you to either return the item to your nearest Tiki store, or arrange a Royal Mail Post Office drop-off.
Scan the QR code on your packing slip to access the returns portal, or visit it directly HERE.
Make sure you have your order number to hand and follow the steps to complete your return. Please return items as sold, using the original packaging where possible.
We use Royal Mail for our returns. This is a print-free system: after completing the steps in the portal you’ll receive a QR code by email, which the Post Office can scan to print your label. If you do not receive this email, please let us know as soon as possible.
We have a flat-rate return fee of £4 for items returned using this service. This cost will be deducted from the final refunded amount.
We offer free returns if there is a fault with the product, or we have made a shipping mistake. Free returns must be checked and authorised by our team — please use the returns portal and provide as much information as possible, including images, to help us process quickly.

The RYD Drone Ranger is a fun, wide and high-volume board designed to make everyday surf feel faster, easier and more playful.
With plenty of foam under your chest, a flatter rocker and a compact outline, it is built to catch waves early, generate speed quickly and keep things lively in smaller or weaker conditions. It is also a great step-up option for surfers moving on from a softboard who want something more responsive before jumping onto a traditional shortboard.
The Drone Ranger carries extra width and volume through the board, giving it loads of paddle power and stability for its size.
The flatter rocker helps the board build speed easily, especially through slower sections where a lower-volume shortboard might start to bog. Its compact length keeps it feeling fun and manageable, while the fuller outline gives you plenty of support when paddling, popping up and linking turns.
The EPS foam core and carbon fibre stringer help keep the board light and responsive, with a slick bottom for added speed across the wave.
This board is made for everyday surf, smaller beach breaks and fun, less-than-perfect conditions.
It is ideal for surfers who want to catch plenty of waves and keep speed in flatter sections. The extra volume makes it forgiving for progressing surfers, while the fin setup gives more experienced riders the option to loosen things up or add drive depending on the waves.
A great choice for summer sessions, smaller UK surf and days when you want maximum fun without working too hard.
The Drone Ranger paddles easily, gets into waves early and generates speed quickly.
It has a loose, playful feel underfoot but still gives you enough control to start working on proper turns. The five-fin setup means it can be ridden as either a thruster or a quad, giving you flexibility depending on the conditions and how you like your board to feel.
Ride it as a thruster for more control and a familiar turning feel, or set it up as a quad for extra speed and drive down the line.
