Returns & Refunds
We hope that you’re happy with your purchase, but if you do wish to return an item from an online order, please use our online returns portal to return items within 45 days of receipt (including sale). Our returns portal allows you to either return the item to your nearest Tiki store, or arrange a Royal Mail Post Office drop-off.
Scan the QR code on your packing slip to access the returns portal, or visit it directly HERE.
Make sure you have your order number to hand and follow the steps to complete your return. Please return items as sold, using the original packaging where possible.
We use Royal Mail for our returns. This is a print-free system: after completing the steps in the portal you’ll receive a QR code by email, which the Post Office can scan to print your label. If you do not receive this email, please let us know as soon as possible.
We have a flat-rate return fee of £4 for items returned using this service. This cost will be deducted from the final refunded amount.

The RNF ‘96 originated in the mid-1990s when shaper Matt Biolos began experimenting with fish designs alongside surfers Chris Ward and Cory Lopez. At a time when surfboard design had fallen into a long performance plateau, these early prototypes helped kickstart a new generation of performance hybrid boards.
Unlike traditional fish shapes influenced by wide-tailed kneeboards, the RNF ‘96 was designed with high-performance surfing in mind. Drawing inspiration from Mark Richards’ competitive twin-fin boards of the ’70s and ’80s, it features a more pulled-in tail that allows surfers to drive harder through turns while maintaining control in a broader range of conditions.
Over the past 25 years, Biolos has continued refining the concept, applying decades of shaping experience to create a modern version that honours the original while improving speed, response and versatility.
The RNF ‘96 is built to perform across a wide range of wave types. While many fish designs are limited to small surf, this board is designed to handle everything from playful beach breaks to more powerful conditions.
Its balanced outline and responsive feel make it a reliable option for surfers looking for speed, drive and manoeuvrability without losing control.
The RNF ‘96 combines classic design heritage with modern performance. It offers the effortless speed and flow fish boards are known for, while still allowing for powerful turns and progressive surfing.
Built using advanced construction techniques, it’s significantly tougher than traditional surfboards. The durable design resists dings, won’t easily absorb water, and makes it a great option for travel or everyday use. Environmentally conscious materials, including plant-based resins and recycled components, also help reduce environmental impact without compromising performance.
Now ½ lb (¼ kg) lighter, this board features Lib Tech’s cutting-edge construction for strength, durability and performance:
