We’re proud to be among the top surf stores in the UK with a growing online retail business to boot. We’re expanding opening a new Surf and Snow store in Cowbridge, South Wales.
Love skiing, snowboarding, or/and surfing and surf culture? This could be the role for you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Assisting customers with technical advice and providing a personalised shopping experience.
• Merchandising, store presentation, and maintaining back-of-house organisation.
• Restocking and pricing products.
• Processing sales using our POS system.
• Staying up to date with the latest trends, surf gear, and brand knowledge.
• Helping create in-store content for our social media platforms.
What We’re Looking For:
• Enthusiastic, motivated, and passionate about surf and/or snow culture.
• Previous experience in retail, customer service is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organised.
