Store Associate

Location: Braunton, North Devon

Job Type: 32 to 38 hours per week

Tiki Braunton is on the lookout for a Store Associate - someone with a love for surfing, surf culture, and all things ocean related!

Founded in 1967 Tiki Surf, Tiki has been at the forefront of British surfing for over 50 years and remains the UK’s leading home-grown surf company.  The role is based at our flagship store in Braunton, North Devon. 

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assisting customers with technical advice and providing a personalised shopping experience.

• Merchandising, store presentation, and maintaining back-of-house organisation.

• Restocking and pricing products.

• Processing sales using our POS system.

• Staying up to date with the latest trends, surf gear, and brand knowledge.

• Helping create in-store content for our social media platforms.

What We’re Looking For:

• Enthusiastic, motivated, and passionate about surf culture.

• Surf hardware knowledge including Surfboards, Wetsuits, Bodyboards, SUPs etc

• Previous experience in retail, customer service is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Excellent communication skills.

•  Ability to multitask and stay organised in a fast-paced environment.
