Heat Pad pack comes with 2 new heat pads all boxed. Pads heat up to 50c for up to 3/4 hour in a safe chemical reaction. The process is reversed by boiling the pads in a pan of boiling water for 10 minutes. When cool the process can be repeated.

The items must be in the condition that you received them with all tags attached.
If you do not require the items because they are not the right size, colour etc. Then you can send them back for exchange or refund to the address below:

You are responsible for the items sent back to us until we have received them through the post. If the Parcel goes missing before we receive it you must claim through the poastage company. I suggest you insure your parcel with the post office or use recorded delivery which can be traced.
Please note we do not refund the cost of postage.
If you find the items are faulty then send them back in the same way but we will refund your postage costs and replace the items if stock is available.
